The App may communicate with the following servers:
api-license.orbstack.dev: Required. Used to verify your license and enable paid features or usage of the App.
api-updates.orbstack.dev: Optional. Used to check for updates to the App.
api-misc.orbstack.dev: Optional. Used to upload diagnostic information when you report a bug. May be used for other purposes in the future.
ingest.sentry.io: Optional. Used to collect anonymous error and crash reports, which help us improve the Software and troubleshoot issues.
Please allow the App to communicate with these servers in order to ensure that you have access to all of the App's features and services.
If you choose to submit a diagnostic report, the Software may collect and send the following information for troubleshooting purposes:
- Logs and diagnostic information for the Software
- A list of Linux Machines created in the Software
- the Software's settings and configuration
- Other specific, relevant diagnostic information from your system

We use the third-party service providers listed on the Subprocessors page to collect and process information on our behalf.

the Software is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.
